Employee Spotlight: Kristina Bales

This week, our employee spotlight is featuring Kristina Bales, one of our Customer Service Representatives! Kristina has been with our team for almost three years, and her smile and positivity are amazingly helpful in getting us through the work week. We interviewed her to learn more about her time here at Leapin’ Lizard Labels: 

What is your favorite part about your job?

Getting to know the clients we work with on a regular basis and supporting the local businesses we print for has been really cool! We have a lot of awesome clients. 

What challenges have you faced, and how have you overcome them?

After moving across the country last year, it was a big change of pace switching from working in the office and being in-person every day to doing everything remote, but our team has made it a pretty easy transition!

If you could give any piece of advice to our customers, what would it be?

Always ask us questions if you need to! We’re here to help and want to make sure you to receive a product you absolutely love!

What is your driving passion for your job? What keeps you coming back to work day after day?

I love that we are able to help other companies grow their business and hear about their excitement when they receive their orders! We love happy customers!

What is your favorite product at LLL?

I really love the look of SilverChrome with Matte laminate.

Tell us about your favorite team experience at LLL?

We love to celebrate for any reason, so we made a big deal out of the first day of Fall last year.  We wore our best Fall outfits, brought snacks, and ordered coffee for everyone at the office!
