What do you print?

That's a great question! We print labels for all industries and containers, including food and beverage labels, cosmetic labels, candle labels, health and beauty labels, and more!

We also print banners, window clings, and floor decals. Additionally, we print stickers of all shapes and sizes!

What materials do you use?

We carry a variety of materials, including eco-friendly options, waterproof, clear, and metallic options for labels/stickers, as well as materials for floor decals, banners, and window clings.

What laminate options do you have?

We offer High Gloss, Matte, Soft Touch Matte, UV Resistant and Thermal Transfer Laminate.

Do you do any specialty printing, like spot laminate and embossing?

We can print spot metallic; however, we can't print spot laminate or emboss.

Are your labels hand-apply or machine-applied?

We can do either! The default is for the labels to come on a roll, but you can also request that your labels/stickers be individually chopped at no extra charge. We can accommodate almost any machine application specifications, such as unwind direction or roll diameter. You can also ask for your labels/stickers to be individually chopped at no extra charge.

Do labels come in rolls or sheets?

Our labels come on rolls unless you request them to be individually chopped, which can be done at no extra charge!

What happens if I'm not satisfied with my order?

Please contact us at 970-484-0850 if you are not satisfied with your order. We strive to provide the highest quality products and customer service and will do what we can to make things right for you!

What is your refund policy?

Ultimately, we want to make sure you're satisfied with your order. Refund requests should be made in writing and sent toteam@leapinlizardlabels.comwith photos of any problems. Refunds are only granted within 14 days of receiving your product and are subject to approval.

Our general turn time is 6-7 business days for production upon approval and payment. Shipping time is in addition to the production timeline.

DESIGN REQUIREMENTS & SUBMITTING FILES

What file types do you accept?

Vector files are always best and ensure the best quality output. These files are Illustrator files (.AI), .EPS files, and .PDF files. We do also accept JPG and PNG files for quoting, but our Pre-Press Team will require high-resolution Vector files for printing. 

How do I measure my containers?

We ask our clients to provide their labels' dimensions to ensure they fit properly. We have some great resources to help you measure them yourself!Read our blog on proper measuring techniques, or if you're more of a visual learner,watch our video that guides you through measuring at home! You are also welcome to send your containers our way, and we can measure them for you!

Do you have set size requirements?

We do not have any set sizing and can print almost any shape at no extra charge! We don't recommend printing any smaller than .25"x.25", and depending on the material and product you want, we can pretty much print as large as you would like. For stickers and labels with a height or width larger than 12", pleasecontact usfor additional information.

What are your order minimums and quantities?

We are proud to be a printer that has no minimum order quantity! Each line item starts at $40, and the unit price will decrease as the label count increases.

How can I submit my files?

Simply attach your artwork in an email toteam@leapinlizardlabels.com. If your files are too big, we also usehttps://wetransfer.com/. Sign-up is free, and it will allow you to send larger files than you can over email. Reference ourdesign guidelinesto see what we'll need.

Will I receive a proof before finalizing my order?

Our team will send a digital proof via email for the client to approve before proceeding with the order. If you would like to receive a physical proof, we are happy to print 1 for free and have affordable options if you need more than one printed. Don't hesitate toget in touchwith us for more info.

Can you make edits to my files?

Depending on your file type/edit request and our workload, we can make small text edits. Pleaseget in touch with usfor more info.
