This week, our employee spotlight is featuring Nicholas Trask, our Social Media Specialist! He has been with our team for only three months so far, but has been an immense help to our little team’s online presence in his time here.
What is your favorite part about your job?
My favorite part of the job would have to be working with all of our amazing clients and being able to help their awesome businesses along the way!
What challenges have you faced, and how have you overcome them?
I have to continue to innovate and adjust my strategies in an ever-changing social media landscape. I am able to overcome them with help from our amazing team, by continuing to think critically and by always researching and keeping up to date with the latest trends.
If you could give any piece of advice to our customers, what would it be?
Don’t be afraid to experiment and try out new things with your labels! You never know what the impact could be in the end!
What is your driving passion for your job? What keeps you coming back to work day after day?
I love the process of matching up what the company needs with my social media strategy and how seeing how those ideas blossom from just an idea to a real, living piece of content that tells our unique story as a company.
What is your favorite product at LLL?
I love the eco friendly products that we offer such as fiberstone, hemp paper, and our water-soluble labels. It’s so cool to be able to be an advocate for the environment even though we are in an industry that tends to impact the environment negatively.
Tell us about your favorite team experience at LLL?
Our holiday party was a blast! I’m so appreciative of Todd for putting everything together and for the whole team for making me feel so welcomed during the party, even though I had only been with the company for a month.
